The Viking 5-Series sealed-burner all gas range touts one of the largest oven cavities in the industry with 6 different cooking modes and 6 oven rack positions. The oven is heated with a 30,000 BTU U-shaped burner for maximum coverage in the oven cavity, for faster pre-heat and more even cooking. The oversized infrared Broiler provides intense searing heat for broiling applications.
